The main ingredient in Shots Fired is the Carolina Reaper chilli- one of the hottest in the world. The carefully balanced recipe means the sauce celebrates the taste of the chilli without being overwhelmingly hot. It has a unique blend of flavours from the West indies and Mexico. 

We've chosen to create a vegan mayo that tempers the heat of the hot sauce whilst providing a creamy thick mayonnaise base.
